PRICING & REQUIREMENTS

Ortona Records offers paid mastering services for both single file export masters, as well as multi-track recording. If you're interested in our services, please complete the form on this page! Cost and requirements are listed below:

  • *Please note our pricing as follows:
    • >Single track export mastering: $150 USD
    • >Multi-track, each additional track @: $50 USD

  • * An upload folder will be provided when payment is received
    • **This folder will contain all files related to your project, including your final master(s)
    • **Note: Masters will not be dropped in this folder until it has been accepted!
    • **Note: Samples or clips of the final masters(s) will be provided before acceptance is required!
  • * All masters should be provided in a minimum 44.1k sample rate or higher, and a bit depth of at least 24-bit
  • * A good master requires a great mixdown! Please try and adhere to the following before submitting your project file(s):
    • **GAIN STAGE YOUR MIX!** Ensure you are happy with the level and sound of all your elements before submitting, including at least 1 bar of silence at the beginning and end of your track(s). New track imports will be charged a $50 fee/track!
    • *Remove ALL limiters and compressors on your master channel before exporting your mixdown(s)!
    • *Ensure your track(s) has headroom; at least -3 to -10 dBFS peaking
    • *Ensure each track is labeled accordingly (ie: Kick, drums, bass, vocal, etc)
  • *Lastly, remember again that the quality of your master is 100% dependent on a good mixdown. If your mixdown is erroneous, incorrect or low quality, the engineer will reject your mixdown before proceeding (Refunds are NOT provided for rejected mixdowns!)
